The venue covering the Birmingham area is in Kings Norton on the historic Green with its Tudor village feel. Kings Norton is 6 miles from Birmingham city centre, a couple of miles from Bournville and Cadbury World and 5 minutes drive from the M42 junction 2.
The venue covering the Manchester area is just outside Knutsford, originally known as 'The Capital of Cheshire' for its central location. Knutsford has a variety of boutique shops and contemporary restaurants and cafes. It is close to the M6 and M56, Tatton Park and some beautiful Cheshire countryside.
Both locations are chosen for their accessibility to motorway links, airports, railway stations and bus routes. They cover large catchment areas as both are on the outskirts of major cities. Both venues have light and airy rooms with good facilites and free parking on site or locally.
The Birmingham course is based in a busy family run complementary health centre called The Natural Health Centre on The Green in Kings Norton. This makes courses in Kings Norton ideal for students from Birmingham, Kings Heath, Moseley, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Warwick, Rugby, Walsall, Sutton Coalfield, Tamworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Worcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Royal Leamington Spa, Telford, Shrewsbury, Mid Wales, Cannock, Stafford, Stone - really the whole of the West Midlands and surrounding counties. Students have even travelled from Bristol to this area as the weekend motorway traffic allows quicker journeys at the weekends. Birmingham airport is only a few miles away and the M42, M40, M5, M6, M50 and M1 are all within easy travelling distance.
86 The Green
When you arrive at junction 2 of the M42 follow the signs for Cadbury World and then Kings Norton. On your left you will see a sign for The Green and The Natural Health Centre is located next to the Church and the Co-Operative supermarket car park just opposite the historic Saint Nicholas Place.
Refreshments including water, snacks and a selection of teas and coffees are provided throughout the day. You can bring a packed lunch or visit the local tea rooms, pub or supermarket. The Green in a lovely place to have your lunch in nice weather.
There are guest houses and hotels in the Bournville area for visitors to Cadbury World if you require accommodation. Kings Norton is on all main bus routes and the nearest railway station is Kings Norton which lies on Cross-City Line from Redditch through Birmingham New Street to Lichfield and is half a mile away.
The Manchester Venue is outside Manchester on the A50, just north of Knutsford on the Cheshire border; it is the wonderful Cottons Hotel and Spa. The access to the venue is good from all directions via the M6 and M56 and M60 motorways. It is 15 minutes from Manchester airport and a mile and a half from Knutsford station. If coming by train please inform the college so that the venue can make arrangements for a taxi to transfer you.
Courses at Knutsford are ideal for students from Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, Bury, Rochdale, North and East Wales, Knutsford, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent, Nantwich, Buxton, Stockport, and of course, Manchester. Learners have travelled from as far away as the Isle of Man and Newcastle.
Car parking is free at the venue and if you choose to stay over then you can relax after class in the large indoor swimming pool, hot tub, whirlpool, sauna, solarium, gym and join the free exercise classes. Book early through the college for special rates as it is a popular hotel for weekend breaks. Other accomodation is available locally in Knutsford.

Water and hot drinks as well as healthy snacks and biscuits (including gluten free) are provided throughout the day in the conference cafe ajoining the large, light and airy Cheshire Suite which is our regular room. The hotel bar offers soup, sandwiches, salads and hot meals, otherwise you may bring a packed lunch or visit a sandwich shop or supermarket in Knutsford.

The Lichfield venue is on the edge of the city centre in Tutor Ruth Hodgkiss's purpose built training and treatment room. It is within comfortable walking distance of the railway station and the city centre. There is free parking. Refreshments are provided throughout the day and Ruth will also provide a light vegetarian lunch, although you are welcome to bring your own provisions if preferred.
Please note that there are dogs at this venue but they will not be present in the training room. If you have any allergies or concerns then Ruth will be happy to discuss what can be done to help you.
